Provider and contact
TangList is provided by CBox. Contact support@cbox.games about privacy, data or accounts. Do not send passwords, verification codes, recovery codes or AI keys.
本机数据与云同步
任务、备注、清单、习惯、专注和纪念日等内容保存在本机。启用并使用云同步时，账号标识和工作区内容会发送到所选服务器，用于保存、同步和协作。自行配置服务器时，该服务器的运营方也会处理相关数据；请先了解其政策。
Local data and cloud sync
Tasks, notes, lists, habits, focus sessions and anniversaries are stored on your device. When you use cloud sync, account identifiers and workspace content are sent to the selected server for storage, sync and collaboration. A server you configure is operated by its own provider; review its policies first.
账号与登录
使用对应登录方式时，我们处理邮箱、手机号、用户名或微信提供的账号标识与资料，以验证身份和管理账号。邮件、短信和微信登录使用对应服务商完成验证，不会读取你的通讯录或聊天记录。
Accounts and sign-in
Depending on the sign-in method, we process your email address, phone number, username or account identifiers and profile supplied by WeChat to authenticate and manage your account. Email, SMS and WeChat providers deliver the corresponding verification. We do not read your contacts or chats.
附件、照片与录音
只有在你主动选择或录制时，应用才处理相应文件。麦克风用于录音附件；照片添加权限用于保存你生成的图片。随任务同步的附件、照片和录音会上传到所选服务器。文件选择不代表授权读取整个照片库或其他文件。
Attachments, photos and audio
The app processes files you select or record. Microphone access is used for audio attachments; add-to-Photos access saves images you generate. Attachments, photos and audio that you sync are uploaded to the selected server. Selecting a file does not grant access to your entire photo library or other files.
糖果听记待办导入
主动从糖果听记加入待办时，两款 App 在本机共享所选待办的标题、日期、来源编号及导入结果。你确认账号和目标清单后才写入任务；不接收录音、原文、AI 密钥或健康数据。导入记录用于去重与恢复，任务是否上传取决于你的云同步设置。
TangNote task import
When you initiate a task handoff from TangNote, the two apps exchange selected titles, dates, source identifiers and import results locally. Tasks are written after you confirm the account and destination list. Recordings, transcripts, AI keys and health data are not received. Import records support deduplication and recovery; cloud upload follows your sync settings.
提醒、小组件与 Apple Watch
启用通知后，设备推送令牌与账号关联，用于发送和打开提醒。小组件在共享容器中保存有限快照，显示内容遵循你的隐私设置。Apple Watch 与配对 iPhone 交换任务、专注状态及你主动录制的内容，操作经手机同步。
Reminders, widgets and Apple Watch
When notifications are enabled, a device push token is associated with your account to deliver and open reminders. Widgets store limited snapshots in a shared container and follow your display privacy settings. Apple Watch exchanges task and focus information and recordings you make with the paired iPhone; actions sync through the phone.
购买与权益
启用 App Store 购买时，Apple 处理支付。我们处理交易标识、商品与购买记录，以验证和恢复账号权益；不接收你的完整银行卡资料。测试版购买是否可用以实际配置为准。
Purchases and entitlements
When App Store purchases are enabled, Apple handles payment. We process transaction identifiers, products and purchase records to verify and restore account entitlements, and do not receive full payment-card details. Purchase availability in a beta depends on its configuration.
可选 AI 连接与共享
只有在你配置连接并授权相应操作后，外部 AI 客户端才能按权限读取内容或写入任务。接收方可能独立处理这些数据，请先核对连接、权限和服务商政策。共享清单内容会提供给你选择的协作者。
Optional AI connections and sharing
After you configure a connection and authorize its permissions, an external AI client can read content or write tasks within those permissions. The recipient may process this data independently; review the connection, permissions and provider policies. Shared-list content is made available to the collaborators you select.
用途、第三方与安全
上述数据用于你请求的应用功能，不用于跨应用广告跟踪。网络传输使用 HTTPS；应用可能通过 Apple、微信以及邮件或短信服务商完成相应功能。权限可在系统设置中管理。应用锁用于遮挡界面，不代表工作区已获得端到端加密。
Purposes, third parties and security
This data supports the app functions you request, and is not used for cross-app advertising tracking. Network transfers use HTTPS. Apple, WeChat and email or SMS providers support the corresponding functions. Manage permissions in system settings. App lock conceals the interface; it does not provide end-to-end encryption of your workspace.
导出、删除与保留
你可在应用中导出数据、删除内容、退出连接或注销账号。撤销连接后不会继续授权新的访问，但不能撤回接收方已经保存的副本。已导出的文件、已设置的锁屏壁纸和协作者保存的副本需要分别处理。备份、安全日志及依法需要保留的交易记录可能不会与前台内容同时删除；具体数据请求可通过上述邮箱提出。
Export, deletion and retention
You can export data, delete content, disconnect services or delete your account in the app. Revoking a connection stops new authorized access but cannot recall copies already retained by recipients. Exported files, applied lock-screen wallpapers and copies held by collaborators need separate handling. Backups, security logs and transaction records that must be retained may not be deleted at the same time as visible content. Contact the address above for data requests.
